Ray retired from the Eastman Kodak Company after 33 1/2 years. During that time he gained training and experience in pipe-fitting, machine controls, and was a construction electrician. Ray was part of a safety team for many years. He worked on the plants computer systems and networks. Ray received training for home inspections from The School of Building Inspections in Salt Lake City, UT. Ray has been a member of NAHI since February of 2003 and a member of RMNAHI since September of 2003.

Ross is a Colorado native and has been doing inspections in the Denver Metro area since 1991. He received his formal inspection training in California at ITA. He is certified to do inspections for FEMA and spent 2 weeks in Florida doing inspections after hurricane Charlie. He started Fineline Inspection Services in 1999, and really enjoys running the company and doing the best job that he can for his clients. He has performed over 8,000 inspections. Ross coaches his son's competitive football team in the fall and really enjoys working with the kids. He likes to spend his free time restoring old cars, ATV riding and working out.

Ron is an owner and President of Comfort Home Inspection Services, Inc. in Littleton, CO. He currently holds the CRI designation from the National Association of Home Inspectors (NAHI) and has completed well over 500 inspections in the Denver Area. Ron is certified as a Radon Measurement Provider through the National Environmental Health Association's National Radon Proficiency Program. (NEHA-NRPP) He speaks frequently to Real Estate Professional Groups about how to choose Home Inspectors and the benefits of choosing NAHI inspectors. He is a graduate of the Colorado Real Estate Institute, American Home Inspector's Training Institute (AHIT) and a member of the South Metro Denver Realtor's Association (SMDRA).

John has been a home inspector for just over three years. He has extensive experience in residential housing repair and light construction, having run his own handyman business for over ten years and working construction on several houses. He is a third generation Colorado native and graduated from college at CSU in Fort Collins. He has been married for two years. His hobbies include: reading, running, biking, skiing (member and past patrol director of Winter Park Volunteer Ski Patrol) and camping. He and his wife currently live in the SE Denver area.

Charlie has been in the home inspection business for six years and has over 900 inspections in the books. He has a thirst for education and will enjoy sharing what he learns with all his peers. Charlie retired from AT&T after 30 years in 1998. He lives in Westminster and enjoys skiing, golfing and pounding the weights at the gym. He is a certified mold inspector and also a certified radon measurement inspector. He's also a graduate of the American Home Inspectors Training institute (AHIT) and a member of the Boulder Association of Real Estate Agents (BARA).
