Speaker Bio: Robert (Bob) Pearson started a home inspection business in 1985, which gives him a unique perspective into the insurance side of the business. Since 1992, he has been the manager of Allen Insurance Group's program along with maintaining a home inspection business. Bob retired from the home inspection industry in 2000 and has written numerous articles on the topics of claims management and report writing.
