The nearest airport, which is less than a 30-minute drive to the hotel is the Cincinnati / Northern Kentucky International Airport. Transportation can arranged through the Executive Transportation shuttle desk in baggage claim to get a bus, shuttle or limo to the hotel.  Walk-up service is available or book ahead by calling 859-261-8841/800-990-8841. You can reserve your hotel room online or contact the Embassy Suites Rivercenter directly at (859) 261-8400 and tell them that you are with the NAHI Group.  In order to receive NAHI's special negotiated sleeping room rate of $125/night, you must use the online link or call the direct telephone number to the hotel.

IMPORTANT: All reservations must be made by September 7, 2011 in order to receive NAHI's outstanding sleeping room rate.  After this date additional reservation requests will be honored on a space and rate available basis only!

PLEASE NOTE: If you are reserving a hotel room for Sunday, September 25th or later, you must call the hotel directly (859-655-4675) and speak to the reservations manager, Leslie. She will be able to honor the discounted NAHI room rate.

Directions from the airport: I-275 East to I-75 North. Take exit #192 Covington/Fifth street. Exit ramp merges onto Fifth street. Follow Fifth street to 6th stoplight. Turn left onto Madison Ave.

Parking Information: Parking is complimentary for all hotel guests.  For those driving in each day of the conference on-site parking is available in the hotel parking garage for $8/day (cash only) or in the parking lot across from the Embassy Suites for $1/hour (prepaid at time of entrance to lot).  Hotel also provides valet parking for $24/day.
