Exhibitor Prospectus & Registration Information
There are 30 tabletop exhibits available at this year's show (Please do not bring a 10 X 10 booth!). Specific details will be forwarded to all exhibitors as part of the exhibitor kit. Exhibit tabletop locations will be determined by the NAHI office and cannot be moved without permission of NAHI. Violators will be asked to leave the Exhibit Hall and will forfeit their exhibit fees.

Exhibitor Perks Exhibitor fees include the following:

Exhibit Hours The NAHI Exhibit Hall will be open during the following times:
Thursday, October 14 Setup: 5:00 pm -- 8:00 pm
Friday, October 15 Breakfast: 6:30 am -- 7:30 am (optional) Morning Break: 9:30 am -- 10:00 am Lunch: 12:00 pm -- 1:00 pm Afternoon Break: 3:00 pm -- 3:30 pm Reception: 5:30 pm -- 7:30 pm
Saturday, October 16 Breakfast: 6:30 am -- 7:30 am (optional) Morning Break: 9:30 am -- 10:00 am Lunch: 12:00 pm -- 1:00 pm Afternoon Break: 3:00 pm -- 3:30 pm Teardown: 3:30 pm -- 6:00 pm
NAHI Affiliate Member Exhibitor registration fees are $400.
Non-member Affiliate Exhibitor registration fees are $745 and include a complimentary one-year NAHI Affiliate membership.
