Oklahoma Licensure (Enacted 2001)

Oklahoma home inspectors are licensed and regulated by the Committee of Home Inspector Examiners under the Department of Health. The following licensing requirements apply:

• 18 years of age or older

• Successful completion of 50 hours of approved education

• Successful passage of the National Home Inspector Exam

The following insurance requirements apply:

• General liability insurance - $50,000
