North Dakota

North Dakota Registration (Enacted 2005)

North Dakota home inspectors are registered and regulated by the Secretary of State. The following registration requirements apply:

  • 18 years of age or older

  • Successful passage of the NAHI CRI Examination, National Home Inspector Exam, ASHI exam, NACHI exam, or ICC exam

The following insurance requirements apply:

  • Errors and omissions insurance - $100,000
