Georgia Trade Practice Act (Enacted 1994)
Title 8 of Chapter 3 of Georgia Code defines a home inspector, requires certain information be provided to the consumer, allows political subdivisions the ability to impose their own regulations on home inspectors, and creates criminal penalties for violations of the Act.
