Arkansas Registration (Enacted 2003)

Arkansas home inspectors are registered by the Arkansas Home Inspector Registration Board. The following registration requirements apply:

• 18 years of age or older
  
  
• Be of good moral character
  
  
• Successful passage of the ASHI Standards and Ethics Exam and National Home Inspector Exam
  
  
• Successfully complete 80 hours of approved classroom education

The following insurance requirements apply:

• General liability insurance - $100,000
