After completing the Everett Rawlings designed home inspection training course, The Inspection Experts, in the fall of 1996, Jim brought Home Inspections By Nolan from the concept design stage to its current level of an annual volume exceeding more than 400 home inspections per year. In February of 1999 Jim acquired his CRI designation. Jim is a charter member of the Home Inspectors Association of Florida which today has become NAHI Florida and has served as its president since 2004. Currently he serves on the Legislative Committee for both NAHI and FABI (Florida Association of Building Inspectors) and is actively working to establish a fair, honest and worthwhile home inspector licensing act in the State of Florida. A licensing law that is beneficial for all parties involved in the real estate transaction, including the buyer.

John had over 25 years of experience as an Engineering and Construction Design Build Manager when he retired from a major utility company in New York. He formed Built-Write, Inc. as a Florida Corporation in 1991 and moved to Florida to work in code enforcement in 1998. In 2002 he joined NAHI and earned the Certified Real Estate Inspector designation in 2004. John is a Charter member of NAHI Florida and a member of Florida Association of Building Inspectors (FABI). His other memberships and certifications include: Retired Professional ICC Member # 5146388, EPA Certified Lead Paint inspector, Florida Certified Windstorm Inspector, and NACA Certified Inspector. John's specialty is assisting qualified people to purchase a home through the Florida SHIP programs for down payment assistance and rehabilitation grants. He has ongoing contracts with three central Florida municipalities to coordinate and inspect rehabilitation projects paid with government grants.

Bill opened his HomeTeam franchise in 1994 after 25 years in the building industry. Since then, Bill has personally performed over 8,000 inspections, and his company has consistently ranked in the top 3 nationally in The HomeTeam Inspection Service system. Considered a "better than average" inspector, it is Bill's marketing expertise that he is best known for, and was instrumental in establishing the "Marketing Advisory Council" for HomeTeam nationally.
