Bill opened his HomeTeam franchise in 1994 after 25 years in the building industry. Since then, Bill has personally performed over 8,000 inspections, and his company has consistently ranked in the top 3 nationally in The HomeTeam Inspection Service system. Considered a "better than average" inspector, it is Bill's marketing expertise that he is best known for, and was instrumental in establishing the "Marketing Advisory Council" for HomeTeam nationally.

Richard's 20 years of previous experience as the Chief Maintenance Engineer in apartment buildings and condominiums in New York & Florida, combined with previous construction experience formed the basis for starting Accurate Building Inspection Service in 2003. As a NAHI CRI since 2003, a FABI RPI, since 2002 and an IAQA CIE since 2005, and a NAHI Florida chapter member since 2004. His 1500+ inspection projects ranged from typical home inspections and commercial facility assessments to inspections conducted for the US Navy, as well as Environmental & mold investigations. Richard is also Vice Chair for the National Hurricane Mitigation Association, and the Technical Director for Florida Hurricane Mitigation Consultants, Inc., a private hurricane mitigation consulting company in Florida offering Risk Management, Assessments and Mitigation Training.

Leo J. Cronin became a member of NAHI in 1998. Before moving to Florida in 1995, Leo worked for Parsons Brinckerhoff Inc., a design, engineering, & construction company in Boston, MA. Leo has been a NAHI CRI since 2004, a FABI RPI since 2004, a NAHI Florida Chapter Member since 2000, and a NAHI Florida Chapter Board Member since 2002. Leo has performed more than 1600 inspections including large and small homes (one at $2.7 million), town homes, condominiums, mobile homes and commercial properties (including a 50 room hotel). Leo is also a member of the Independent Real Estate Professionals (IREP), Pinellas Real Estate Organization (PRO), and The Boys and Girls Clubs of America.
