Speaker Bio: John Bouldin has been in the inspection industry for over 15 years and is currently the President of Inspection Reporting Services, Inc., dba ProTechs Home Inspections. In 2011, he received his PhD from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University (Virginia Tech) Blacksburg, VA. John developed an inspection methodology and software application using a modified Delphi technique to enhance the process of residential inspections. As a home inspector, John has personally conducted over 5,200 residential inspections.
