Exhibitor Registration
Exhibit space will be designated on a first-come first-serve basis ONLY. All exhibitors will receive a pre-conference attendee mailing list and the NAHI office will be more than happy to email blast information you would like to share with all conference attendees. Each exhibit space can accommodate either a tabletop or regular booth (8x8), but it would be preferred and acceptable to bring your tabletop and save a few shipping dollars! Exhibit Information
There are forty (40) exhibit tabletops available at this year's show. Exhibitor fees of $400 include the following: 1. One 6ft. tabletop, two chairs, and one wastebasket. 2. Two booth attendants per exhibiting company. 3. Additional attendants are invited at a rate of $100 per person. 4. Pre-Conference Attendee Mailing list (or the NAHI office can email blast information for you). 5. Additional electrical and telecommunications services may be purchased. Specific details will be forwarded to all exhibitors as part of the exhibitor kit. Exhibitor kits will be mailed to each of you as you reserve your booth space. 6. Exhibit tabletop locations will be determined by the NAHI office and cannot be moved without permission of the NAHI Executive Director. Violators will be asked to leave the exhibit hall and will forfeit their exhibit fees. Exhibit Tabletop Fees Affiliate Members: $ 400 Non-Affiliate Members: $ 745 (This includes a complimentary Affiliate Membership for one year.) Non-member Affiliates are invited to join.
