The fireplace chimney assembly is a significant component to any home. Its proper performance contributes strongly to the home in several ways, not the least of which is aesthetics.  This course will address several common, and many not so common, defects found in chimneys and fireplaces inspected across the country. Everything from weather-related defects to the most insane installations will be brought to the big screen for your education.

Certified Building Inspector and owner of Certified Professional Inspection, Marion NY.  Also, Mike is currently working as the Chief Building Official for the Village of Macedon NY, and is a New York Code Enforcement Officer / Building Inspector for the town of Macedon NY.
