Joe has more than thirty years of experience as a professional trainer and has trained over three thousand gas company employees and conducted over fifteen hundred training seminars in the public sector.  As a Certified Professional Trainer, he has been asked to certify other instructors, has numerous awards and commendations attesting to his performance and has been described as "the benchmark by which other instructors were measured."
